Get Registered
  • Fill out the EBISOA New Member Questionnaire and email it to our assignor Steve Larsen.
  • Print out our Officials Contract, fill it in, sign, and follow instructions for mailing at the bottom of the contract.  Include a $50 check to EBISOA with your contract.  This serves as a deposit for your annual membership fee.  Once you have started refereeing games for EBISOA, this fee will be automatically deducted from your annual payment.  Should you decide to stop refereeing for EBISOA in the future, you can request your deposit back by emailing Steve Larsen.
You will be given an account on GameOfficials.net, our assigning system, and sent an EBISOA badge to wear on your uniform.
